Before UK Furn existed, we were selling solely through platforms like DBH and B&Q.
And while we’re grateful for the reach they gave us, we also received messages that stayed with us:
“I couldn’t get an update on my order.”
“Who am I supposed to contact?”
"It's not worth the price."
“The product such poor quality,and the support took too long.”
......
We read every one of them.
And as a team, it didn’t sit right with us.
It wasn’t that we didn’t care —
it was that the platforms didn’t give us the tools to care properly.
So we built UK Furn:
a space where we finally have the control, freedom, and precision
to take care of customers the way we always intended.
